The key to good decision making is not knowledge. It is understanding. We are swimming in the former. We are desperately lacking in the latter.
We were excited to put on a small school at Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation for staff and producers. We stayed in their lovely Conference Center and had good rooms in which to present. It was great visiting with the staff and learning more about what they do while sharing the information we have.
