Whenever we are working livestock, and we are working hard, we are doing something very wrong — or somebody is. It’s usually somebody else.

— Bud Williams

This morning I took some photos of the barn just before we started on the renovation! It’s a GREAT old barn, and we are going to put red tin on it over the old, faded, shrunken oak siding boards.

The crew put nailers up on the front and back the first day.

Then the siding went up.

Still missing the fascia and loft door.

Richard and I put the siding on the east side ourselves because it didn’t require the tall ladder work!

Andy and Richard putting the wood and tin fascia on the front! It’s very close to done now!
