Richard and I read a great article today about a new (to us) term, “Complexity Bias.” Basically it says that people prefer the more complex answer rather than the more simple answer. We find this in our schools where people try and complicate things when it’s really not necessary. This is a good read no matter what business you are in! Click here to read the article.
