Please use the poll below to let us know what time options would work for you for zoom meetings for this course. Sometimes one poll will be enough to determine the best days/times, but please watch your email in case we need to do another poll to drill down further.
We will set zoom meetings for TWO different days/times in order to better serve all students.
We live in Central Time Zone (Daylight time right now, but it will change back to regular time on November 2) , and all times we set will be in that time zone.
The question is for a two-hour block of time, though they usually run about an hour or hour and a half. However, we’d like to hold the space for two hours just to make sure we can answer all questions.
The zoom meetings will run starting the week of October 8-10 and the final zoom meetings will be the week of November 12-14.
We do not record and share our zoom meetings for a variety of reasons. First, we really want to encourage students to actually attend a zoom meeting. And, especially in the marketing course, students might discuss personal/ranch finances in such a way we (and they) wouldn’t want recordings to be shared.
Click any day/time which would work for you. Then, in the comments, you could add additional information such as, “I’d be able to do Thursday evenings, but they would need to start 7 pm or later.” Or, you might say, “I can only do meetings on Friday afternoon.”
In other words, let us know as much information as possible about your weekly schedule so we can set the meetings at day/times which will work for all our students.
Also, even if you usually attend a certain meeting per week and something comes up for you, feel free to attend the other. Or, attend both every week if you’d like!
We usually carefully schedule our “regular lives” so we don’t have any appointments during a zoom meeting day/time. However, this fall Richard is having some health issues which means more doctor appointments. It’s possible we might need to change a zoom day/time for one week. We apologize in advance and will do our best to alert you quickly to any changes we might need to make.

Thank you for sharing the options. Just a quick note: the 6–8 pm CT slot would be 1–3 am for me, so unfortunately that time won’t work.
