Several years ago I alerted you to the ability to sign up to receive emailed auction reports from some (though not all) auctions across the country. That service has changed.
If you had previously subscribed, you will need to create a NEW subscription on this new website. Your current subscriptions will end on December 3, 2018.
In order to subscribe, visit this page: https://usda.library.cornell.edu/ and click “Sign Up” in the upper right.
After you confirm your subscription via email, log into the site and begin the search for the reports you want to receive.
You can either type “Auction results” in the search box or click “AGENCY” and then choose “Agricultural Marketing Service.”
You can either scroll through the items and pick what you want (by clicking the “Subscribe” button to the right of the item) or you can narrow your search. For example, if you are looking for results from Joplin, MO, type “Joplin” in the search box.
Then you can click “Subscribe” and you will begin receiving the emails on that auction report.
One thing I have learned since this new service has went into effect is that, rather than emailing you the FULL report, like it did in the past, all it does is alert you there is a new report and tells you the link. However, at that link you can now click to see previous reports if you wish.
